I absolutely love this book and can't wait for the next book to be released. I have been telling anyone that will listen about this book.

A bit slow to start out, but the action picked up quickly and I was up until much too late at night finishing because I needed to know what happened. Mythology and suspense and a bit of gore combined with just enough teen life to make for a good YA story.

Shut the front door, this book is good! Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of high school angsts and banter that was difficult for me to get through (not a problem for real YA fans), but it was still worth it all in the end.
