Make-A-Difference

In a perfect world where everyone is nice to each other, everything is free, and everyone is honest, this book would prove to be gospel. In real world applications, most concepts herein are speculative and unrealistic.

The book was well written and probably really the only safety book I know that is written in a novel type format. I enjoyed it as a good book but thought it lacked evidence to support the idea that treating people with respect equals a safer work place.

I thought when no one was watching was a decent book. Reading it was a challenge because it's so worldly based.
