Great book that is backed by solid scientific principle. Does a great job explaining the physiology behind the different exercises as well as the performance enhancement components.

I'm a novice at serious fitness. When given the chance to review this, I jumped at the opportunity.

Having been sick for longer than I have ever been, I ended up giving this to my son to look over as well because I wanted a second opinion and also, he would actually do the exercises.In brief, he likes the book and the layout and the exercises a lot although he said that reviewing a book like this in less than a month isn't quite fair because the results are often seen in the second and third month if the person actually does what is advised.
