Complete Guide to Mergers and Acquisitions

The book provides a good framework and process for M&A, but it is also a lot of common sense. The examples are very high level without digging into details of what could have been done different.

This book is full of charts and examples of tools can be used for mergers.I'd consider it as a general mergers guide.

I bought this book some time ago, along with a number of other books on the same topic. But I find myself coming back to this book and pulling it down from the shelf when there is a question in my mind on how to best approach a particular aspect of M&A integration.
